I would have to check with Jimmy Blouch to be sure but there was a good chance that Andy Payne was running the engine. Don Gibbs would have been the engineer on the Falfa helper.
Bill Holt was still running engines in 1967 but I don't know if he worked out of Alamosa or Durango at the time. He liked to switch between both places.
The top 10 engineers on the Alamosa-Durango combined list in 1967 were: F.J. Isaacson, G.B. Greathouse, R.D. Shock, S.W. Connor, W.H. Holt, E.H. Dunn, K.G. Faucette, T.J. Eagan, E.F. Morgan and J.R. Pearce. Pearce was the road foreman of engines.
