Thanks Fritz! I was beginning to think if you don't like the message then it's ____ the messenger. 
Delays , for whatever reason, cause problems and or hardships. I'm sure if a statistical analysis was done of the two principal Colorado narrow gauge railroads they would be in the high 90 percent on timetable.
Since the Silverton Standard only had a photo and brief caption just was asking for details. Nice the trainman Kyle wrote a description with the details of what was wrong and the decision process going into the substitution of the locomotive.
You also shared a little more on the situation from your vantage point of being there in Silverton. Thanks again, Larry
