In my recent search for Model T trucks and related parts, I have been amazed by the number of these things hiding in dark corners with no one really interested in taking the time to resurrect them to operational status.
Model T's were, and remain common as dirt. They were super cheap, and reflect it in size and capacity, as compared to other, more upscale makes. However, they are iconic for the era, and I have seen many period photos of them built into LARGE people haulers.

Locating a suitable "base" and building it to suit would be an easy and inexpensive proposition, relatively speaking. Parts are easy to find, much is still produced, and prices are CHEAP !
