We were thinking we could find an old school bus body, build some trucks underneath it, maybe add a passenger compartment if the bus body wasn't long enough, get rid of the school bus yellow and paint it aluminum, add some sort of pilot to the front, and steps on the back. We have a couple of gear/motor heads who could come up with something. We will have a float in Friday's parade for the Silverton Northern featuring Ken Peterson's 3' rail truck and that may well be the first piece of motive power, passenger count one.
