I seem to recall Fritz posting that he would call the Coca Cola distributor in Durango when they ran out of syrup or Co2 and they would put the product on the train and send it to him for his restaurant in Silverton in time for the lunch rush. Possibly into the Bradshaw years. It would stand to reason that anything of any size would almost have to be shipped by train to Tall Timbers. I know the power plant at Tacoma has their own motor car, what about Tall Timbers?
