As I stated in my first post most 463s is all there minus the blade. The brackets bolted to the pony truck frame are there, just someone has torched off the front side of the slot that the blade moved up and down in.
Going off all the pictures and info from Jerry Day, I would say that there never was a drawing for the K-27 flangers. Only a few seem to be of the same design, usually because those locos had them built in the same shop. They were all home made, the blade design was probably made similar to those used on the C class and other K's.
To make the LS models correct they will have to be custom made per the particular 27 they are building.
