Greetings,
I am sorry if I offended any one by calling the Royal Gorge hearld the "Toliet Seat" hearld.
When I first got into narrow gauge modeling 30 some years ago the way I heard them reffered to was either the Toilet Seat or the Flying Grande hearlds. And When I first looked at the Royal Gorge Hearld I could see why it was called that. Again I am verry sorry to have offended anyone that was not my intent, my intent was to correct a very fine model that I feel has the colored Royal Gorge hearld when I think it should have had just the white outline. So back to the original question, did the red, white and blue hearld ever get used on the narrow gauge or was it only something that was used on the standerd gauge locomotives? I was also thinking that it may have been something only used on mainly passenger locomotives, is this corect?
