I was there that day with Chris & Diane Collins. We ended up writng a short article that was published in Pacific News.

Taylor, you are correct about the length of the run. Nobody complained as most felt that it would eventually grow and it surely has.

One thing that sticks in my mind is that somebody was using black powder to split the firewood for the Heisler! They did it a few hundred feet away from the station for safety but the public still enjoyed the exhibition.
