Re: Coal v. Wood

Watching the video reminded me that this 2-6-6-2 was coal burning, whereas the other 2-6-6-2 in my set of builder's cards is wood burning. Even the 2-10-4s were delivered both ways. Was this due to fuel availability in different parts of the country, or were the wood burning engines delivered first and the later orders coal?
