* she's a great-looking engine!
I do have one minor question -- is #204 a true Mallet (a compound), or is she a
simple articulated? It looks to me like the front cylinders are the same size as
the rear cylinders, indicating the latter is more likely.

p.s. S.P. train crews referred to the cab-forwards as "Malleys", even though all the 4100's and 4200's were built as simple articulateds and, IIRC, most of the earlier 2-8-8-2 and 2-6-6-2 compounds were rebuilt to simple as well. (The 2-6-6-2's were converted to 4-6-6-2's early on.)
* Bright red driver centers are quite acceptable, however (IMHO) - and even bright red counterweights
