Howwever, you miss the point which is: why did it take until 2 weeks before Tim notified folks that 463 wouldn't be ready? And further, what else is going to happen in the future with projects which are yet to be started there are no consequences to such an obvious failure? Effective management is never, and should never be, risk free. Whether you sell one or 5,000 tickets you then incur an obligation to keep those people informed. He didn't. I really hate to be a s..t about it but these are decisions towards spending large amounts of scarce dollars and people making those decisions need to be accountable.
