Hi Richard,
Backchannel me (rrlosgatos@gmail.com) and I'd be happy to forward you the high-res versions of the few pictures I have. Here's a second shot which I used in my book,
Railroads of Los Gatos, also by Charles Givens from the Eddie Chase collection.
Re-referring to my notes, apparently Billy visited the quarry in 1955 after hearing about the 18" gauge engines and purchased the Gwen on site, much to the discontent of locals. It had a fire in it only once in Los Gatos, which was quickly dropped when he couldn't get the injectors to prime. Jervis, Shaw and co. came on the scene in '60 and smooth talked the Gwen into their somewhat questionable handshake deal to walk off with the bulk of the MacDermot equipment for $50/month. Somewhere around here I have at least one photo of the Gwen loaded up on a flatbed with a tender from one of the 19" ga. Pacifics.
