As far as 463, if the trestle isn't repaired, they should rent it to the D&S for a few months in the fall, and take a trip to the Huckleberry to double with 464 (or better bring 464 to Colorado for the summer), just for fun!
I'd part with $500-1000 to take pictures and listen to 463 and any k-28 double heading up the Animas. I'd probably spend another several hundred dollars to watch a complete pre-1905 weekend with 463 and 315 on the D&S or on the C&TS.
We can all dream, but somethings might actually generate revenue.
