Well Mr. Webster, I never said my plan was engraved in stone. Given all the variables such as the current severed C&TS, and the fact the coaches belong to the D&S that we are talking about here, this is pretty much just another fantasy, like so much of what we read here, isn't it!!! But I'll play along.
(1) Paint what coaches Green....I think the D&S is already doing that, and I never suggested painting the C&TS. They just recently decided they didn't like green and painted the town red!!!
(2) Marketing...yes it would need marketing if it were going to be something for the general public(John Q Tourist). I am not suggesting this for the railfan community, cause marketing isn't really needed for them.
(3) Run coaches 2-3 days instead of 7, because then its more of a novelty. Run them everyday, and its the same old, same old, and not worth premium fare is it! Also given the current scenario with the line severed I doubt they have the motive power let alone riders to add another train over the system on a daily basis. This plan would be best left for a year or so from now, once Lobato is resolved
(4) Not sure what you had in mind, as I am not a mind reader, at least not today anyway.
(5) Yes without profit there is no sense in prolonging the agony is there!!!
