Greg, I think that sounds great, but suspect your plan is missing a detail:
Step 1: Paint coaches green
Step 2: Market the "Heritage Painted coaches"
Step 3: Run those green coaches 2 days/week instead of 7 days/week
Step 4: ?????
Step 5: Profit!
Can you tell us what Step 4 is?
