Ok I found the book with the other picture. RGS story vol6 pg268.
caption says in part.
Goose 5 was running as train 372. The derailment took place a short distance noth of Montelores, near milepost 69.4.

That makes this the Dolores river. And it is the same wreck. As mentioned before the pilot is pushed in on the right side but you can also see the hood laid open.
