The one on page 7 you mean? Could be. It's a 3-truck goose and the relationship to the river & track is the same. hard to be sure with the reverse angle.

Well, assuming it is the same wreck in both pictures, there doesn't look to be anything wrong with the track so I think Earl is probably right.
btw, no further data on this wreck in the booklet excpt that Oral Lutener, formerly of Rico, is standing on the side of the cab in the shot in the booklet.
