Re: Marshall Pass Road Conditions

The foundation for tank 7 is still visible although on private land. I got a shot of it with the telephoto. There are a few remains to be found along the route and some are noted on this page:

I tried to drive the road from the Sargent end in 2008 and it was closed almost at the pass. It started pouring down and even hailing on us before we hit the road closure. We were sitting along the creek in the sun a few minutes earlier enjoying a picnic lunch! I back tracked and went in on the Mears side to check out some of the remains on that end. The mountain bikers seem to hang out on the Mears Jct side.
