Re: Boiler inspections

I remember one of our former members at Sumpter, who usally worked the train as the conductor, Bill Wilt talking about the boiler inspection years ago, (back in the mid 80's) and I believe he was talking about the same person you were reffering to. This disucssion (was one friday evening before the start of the season the following day) was in the context of a differnt new person from the state of Oregon doing the inspection that year. And Bill's very poor impression of the new inspector.
I do not know what is done now, Ron Brinton should be able to answer your quetion for SVRY.
