I agree that the last two are not switches and would not normally have moving points. I've always heard the term "Draw" for trackwork to change the common rail in three rail track.
You're not really getting a true dual gauge turnout unless you have three rails diverging from three rails. The first two diagrams or more hybrid than true dual gauge. At minimum standard diverging from dual is more interesting than ng diverging from dual (as shown in the first two.)
I'm curious as to what the purpose of your diagrams is - to show how they are constructed?
