If I am not mistaken, 04r and 05r are not really turnouts, just places where the standard and narrow gauge meet. Since no real decision needs to be made, I think they would just use a guarded frog point to diverge the tracks, much like you would find on a single point switch. They would use the same to have a "Swish" (according to wikipedia) which would transfer the three-rail from one shared rail to another.
