Thanks for the background for those who don't read the other boards. "Can't we all just get along" is not going to work in this case and the commission recognizes it. Issues with Jay are peripheral; there must be even-handed professional management by the company. Board member Richard Tower's resignation letter expresses that also. When you lose a valued, experienced board member and an internationally-recognized general manager, something is very wrong in the organization.
