Friends...
Just to confuse this issue even more, I want to mention that C-16's were built by companies other than Baldwin. If I'm not mistaken, as I so frequently am, the locomotive preserved in Salt Lake City is not a Baldwin. So, in my opinion, there are several versions of C-16 out there. Pick ONE, and make a model of it. The class is not that well defined. (It is a consolidation type, with about 64,000# on the drivers.
