Ok, let's see if I can do this on an iPhone. I have wondered abouth the psychology of turning volunteers into paid crew and I have seen people like that who think they own the place. Intersting point about meaningful work too. But I wonder if the benefits outweigh the risks if the organization would be stronger for the effort. Definately got some thinking to do. Thanks everybody.
