When dealing with contractors, BE SURE to check their references and talk to people for whom
they have previously worked. The basic rule for dealing with others is especially important here:
"If it seems too good to be true, IT IS!"

p.s. I can't speak for RR contractors, but in the software world I have dealt with a great many. Most of them were arrogant, and pushed way too hard to do things their way instead of the way we needed it done. KPMG and PeopleSoft (aka 'FecalSoft') were by far the worst.
