The valuation maps are great ! But a 1930's USGS sectional would provide the topo data not found on the rail road maps .Plus this would not have the modern roads that sometime alter the landscape .
So three maps old topo,valuation map then a modern topo.Make overlays then you'd really be good to go.Put the valuation map up,then the two topo maps and you should have it made in the shade.
