A Rio Grande Trestle burned. The D. & R.G. approach to the bridge across the Chama between Espanola and Chamita was burned last evening. The trestling is 288 feet long and about ten feet high. A cattle train of 22 cars from Santa Fe passed over the bridge just before the fire started. The bridge crew which is at Embudo at present, was ordered to build a temporary trestling at once and will have it completed in a few days. In the meanwhile passengers will be transferred across the river. Today traffic will be delayed somewhat on account of the accident.
