The Taco House is a good pit stop on a train chasing day. You can chase the train up to Los Pinos until it's out of view, drive back to the Taco House for three or four tacos, then back up the hill to catch the train returning. And you can squeeze in a stop at The Railfan Shop while you're at it. (You can even lock your keys in your car and get the local locksmith to open it, and still get back up the hill to chase the returning train. Don't ask me how I know this.)
But here's my question. Last year they were building the new and improved Taco House complete with drive-through window. When I was there earlier this year it was opened for business, but under a different name. I think the old Taco House was called The Original Taco House. Anyway, what's the new drive-through place like?
