Okay! You were thinking/claiming incorporation, and not abandonment as I now understand it, But:
Rio Grande Southern RR Chartered Oct. 30, 1889
The Rio Grande & Pagosa Spring RR north from Lumberton 7-16-1895
SNRR 11-04-1895
SG&N RR 4-06-1899
The Rio Grande, Pagosa & Northern RR to Pagosa Spring was incorporated in 4-28-1899.
The Rio Grande Sangre De Cristo RR on 1-08-1901 to Cottonwood.
The Rio Grande & Southwestern RR (a Tap Line) was incorporated in 1903 and was successful.
The Rio Grande Railway was Incorporated in 1905 as the Standard Gauge Branch to Farmington.($1.2 million preferred stock)
There were other incorporations but not successful or to this extent.
