The above photos show #9's tender in Strasburg Colorado, at Uhrich Locomotive Works. The photos were taken on April 1 of this year and show the tender sitting in the same place as it has since arriving in Strasburg Colorado in 2004. As of April, no work at all had been done on the tender other than taking off the brake cylinder, which was placed on #30/74's tender.
The third photo (above, hopefully!) shows #30/74's tender in Silver PLume Colorado on June 8 of this year. As of today it remains in Silver Plume but will most likley be moving (not to Breckenridge) in the near future. The oil bunker that is now in #30/74's tender was made for #9's tender and is thus owned by the CHS and will be left in Silver Plume, along with the back up light.
