Those three pictures are a good example of where painting and photograpy begin to merge. The original slides were very dark and backlit, but Photoshop created a very different image that has more to do with painting than with photography. The resulting "painting" was a joint effort between myself, Russ Sperry, and Tom Gildersleeve when we were doing the screensaver CD that Roger Hogan is selling to benefit the 483. I like it artistically, but as literal history is is perhaps flawed!
