Yes, that's the Kinzua Valley Chemical Co. loco, which was built on the frame of a twenty ton 1897 Heisler, in 1948. It was located in Morrison, Pa which is indeend now underwater behind Kinzua Dam. The locomotive was cut up in 1949.
