I think that we are in the early stages on the Creede Branch. The thoughts being expressed are helpful and no one has loosed the general public in a leaky inner tube on the Rio Grande. The Creede/South Fork area lends itself to this kind of activity and some head sessions are appropriate.
I ran an aviation operation for years and rented light aircraft to the general public. From that experience I know you have to get the carts and horses in line before you FINALLY do something. Don't throw water on a fire that hasn't happened yet.
If I carry my bike on Amtrak and get off in Butte, Montana, get on the bike and kill myself, I don't think Amtrak is responsible. They do tell me in their ads that they will let me carry the bike on their train.
