In all due respect to Spencer Wilson and the Friends, I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings and throw a bucket of cold water. There is only one complete repository of accurate information on the history of the C&TS in existence that I know of. And this collection is being very closely guarded, and would be available only under the most closely controlled circumstances. A definitive history of the C&TS definitely needs to be written, and will be written, but not by Spencer Wilson and the Friends. Anything which does not stem directly from this source will be incomplete. Guaranteed.
