Curtis,
there seems to be a miss-interpretation of 'freedom of speech'. The US government is ruled not to prosecute anyone from saying damaging things about the US government. This does NOT guarantee everyones' right to enter someones' house (Forum)' and say things offensive to the owner of the house (forum).
The recent incident that closed down the NGDF should be evidence enough that the owner of the house has the right to censor what others say in his house.
