Josh,
I came up with this many years ago to print some D&S decals for a friend. I don't remember whether I started from scratch, or modified some existing font. I also don't remember how much effort I put into matching any photos, or if I just tried to capture the feel (it's not like it was anything historic
). Let me know if you're interested in an electronic file, and what format you need.
