D&S Font?

Can someone help shed any light on what the font/lettering style is that is currently used on the Durango & Silverton cars? Especially the font used for car names on the sides of the coaches?

I've tried searching through the limited railroad font libraries I can find online, but so far I've found nothing close.

Also, does the D&S font have any history within the Rio Grande, or was it brought to the Silverton line with the D&S?
