When the 510-516 cars were built, they used the 6500 frame. However for appearance sake, the side sills were replaced with a 4X12 box steel tube. This got rid of the fishbelly appearance of the "Antonito" cars (500-506). The side sills you see in Antonito are from the 510-516 project back in 1984-5.
The 517,520-523 used a SG flat frame (like this silver frames on blocks in Antonito).
