Yes, all of the newer coaches in service on the C&TS are formerly 6500 flats. I believe that the C&TS had 16 flats originally, all of which are now coaches. The D&SNG have the only remaining 6500 flats. They use them mainly for MOW work, one is modified with ramps on one end for loading a front end loader, or whatever else. I am not sure of the total flats that the D&S has, must be 5-10 or so.
