More confusion

I hadn't had any more problems since my last post on the matter (2+ weeks) until day before yesterday. Couldn't access the site "page not available". Just for fun I tried connecting to my old ISP (dialup) then opening this site. Viola! It worked. Disconnected from dialup, went back to broadband and things continued to work. Happened twice on Monday and once on Tuesday. No problems today.
