I thought the last revenue train over Poncha Pass was operated in February 1951. Of course the Rio Grande could have determined no additional trains would run over the line until it was officially abandoned. I was told that the 480 ran the scrap train.
The 481 went over pretty early as there was a picture of it at Villa Grove.
