#19 and the rerail operation of 497.

I just looked over Jay Wimer's photos of the derailment of 497 in detail. Those are great photos. Imagine jacking a steam locomotive and putting it up on blocks while it's under steam. That must require some skill. His pictures show some familiar faces, but at any rate, I'm always interested to hear about #19's role in such operations. I see #489 was brought in to do the re-rail. Doesn't #19 have adequate power to pull the steamer back on the rails?
Gee, it would have been great to be on that derailed train. I'm gonna be down there on Sunday October 7.
