John; Please refresh my memory. It has been awhile since I checked out the old grades on Fremont pass. I remember a grade to the east of the highway which could be seen in a number of places. Also I have a picture George Champion sent me one Christmas of a passenger train making
its way from Frisco to Climax. Of the picture George wrote that the tailing ponds had covered this railroad and a couple of villages. From the map I gather that this would have been the Rio Grande grade.
Am I following this correctly? Jim
