You make the point well - it is past time for bad-mouthing the situation; legal action is necessary. I'm not a Colorado resident, so it's not my tax dollars being wasted - unless there's also Federal money involved, in which case I'll be happy to join in the formal protests.

Meanwhile, I'm happy to contribute a little curmudgeonly satire - which hopefully you have enjoyed.
