Hi, Andy -
Did you forget about the horses? I'm not talking about the horses' asses - we know who THEY are - I'm talking about the horses ...
It's beginning to look like we have the makings of a trilogy here - do you think Peter Jackson might be available to help Roger direct the second unit? Next thing you know, there's going to be orcs and skeletons of dwarves hanging on to the MatchBox Mine, and a Balrog chasing the train across the High Bridge! And we'll need to build a branch line over Argentine Pass to - what's its name - the wizard school. (Anyone for Quidditch?)
Do you think Martin Balsam and Lee Marvin would be interested in the sequel? We can't add a Breakheart Pass scene, though, 'cause Charlie Bronson is already cast as one of the curmudgeons ... And we need to line up John Voight and Gene Wilder for the third movie - "The Runaway Silver Streak"!
- Russo Loco
... And don't forget the Como roundhouse - "Run for the roundhouse, Stacy - he can't corner you there!"
