Give me a break! More lies from CHS. I'm not a business person, but I read the original RFP from CHS and I laughed! Even I could see that nobody could make ends meet with what CHS wanted. When GTL Inc. asked if the requirements were negotiable, CHS replied that it was not. It would have been a waste of time to turn in an application. What a bunch of BS!
