Assuming you mean at the museum, as I mentioned in the previous post, believe he ran the 346 once. As for the 318, not that I know of, but then I was only there for one or two running days during its short period of operation.

If you were to ask during the time the engines were in service on either the Montezuma Lbr Co or the Grande, I doubt it. I don't recollet him mentioning any running as in most cases, getting a cab ride was hard enough. While he may have been offered or may have even taken a few cab rides, but believe even that was a rairity, as at times he ('the abandoned lines reporter') would be driving alone, and had no way of getting back to the 'Gut Buster' (or the previous vehicle - an old pickup - I think). I can make inquiry of a few others if you desire.
