I don't know how each railroad develops the price of a run. We've paid $125 for an overnighter on the California Western (one trip each way), $45 at the Bay Area Electric Railway Assn in Rio Vista (3 or 4 round trips), $135 to run Eugene to Coos Bay and back, and I think 2 days on the Nevada Northern was $85. Yolo Shortline was something like $60 for 4 roudtrips. These prices are stretching my memory back 4 or 5 years. I haven't run in awhile. The calendar at the MOW website has some current pricing. One thing is apparent, though -- it costs us more than a typical fare.
