Regarding Mal Farrell's book on the Sumpter Valley; much more information has come to light though the research of many individuals. The depth of that information seems to overwhelm the presentation in Farrell's book and some of the earlier works that had chapters on the SV. In one sense, that depth of information seems to trivialize Farrell's book which is essentially a photo essay with text.
