Alpine tunnel abandonment

As the tunnel closed in 1910 but the rails were not lifted until 1926 did a dismantling train or any other train ever go beyond Pitkin after 1910 (I guess it would of been Rio Grande of it did) on the west side or go beyond St Elmo (or the mine I forgot the name of just to the west) on the east side?

Also has anyone ever seen a photo of a train on the pitkin line after it transferred to the Rio Grande?

Thanks
